Rita Trafford studied art at Stellenbosch University for
2 years before switching from visual to olfactory art and
graduating from Silwood Kitchen, a local Cordon Bleu cookery
school. She continues her passion for painting, and when given
a break from being mother, chief and chef of household and
home, she can be found happily creating art in her studio
in Somerset West.
She continues to provide the de Trafford Chenin Blanc with
new artwork for each vintage. Reluctantly and occasionally
she does part with the original paintings (rita@detrafford.co.za).
Due to popular demand a limited edition of signed lithographs
on canvas are available
